To make sure our learning environment is comfortable, respectful, and effective, we ask you to follow these simple but important policies. They are designed to protect both students and tutors and ensure that your studies bring the best results.
1. Scheduling and Attendance
- Booking Lessons: Please book your lessons in advance through our administration or platform to secure your spot.
- Punctuality: If you expect to be late, kindly let us know as soon as possible. We value your time and ours.
- Rescheduling (Private Lessons):
- You may reschedule a private lesson up to 12 hours before the start time without penalty.
- If you cancel later than this, the session will be counted as completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- However, each student is allowed one emergency reschedule per month, provided notice is given at least 3 hours before the lesson.
- Group Lessons: Group lessons take place as scheduled and cannot be canceled by individual students. If you miss a class, you may review the recording afterwards, but no refund or rescheduling applies.
- No-Shows: Missing a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
💡 Important: More than two cancellations or no-shows without valid reasons may result in termination of services.
2. Conduct During Lessons
- Respect: Always treat your tutor and classmates with respect and courtesy. A friendly atmosphere is key to success!
- Preparation: Come ready with assignments completed and materials prepared.
- Engagement: Actively participate in class and follow your tutor’s guidance.
- Confidentiality: Personal information shared during lessons must remain private.
🚫 If these rules are not followed, the school reserves the right to terminate services.
3. Payment and Fees
- Upfront Payment: For short courses, full payment is required at the start. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies. After 14 days, course fees become non-refundable.
